
STEPHANIE ALDIS
Clinical Psychologist
Training
Stephanie completed her undergraduate training at Charles Sturt University, Bathurst, followed by her postgraduate training at Western Sydney University (formerly UWS). She has completed further training in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) for chronic pain, Schema-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and Mentalisation-Based Treatment.
Stephanie is registered to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in NSW and is registered as a provider of Clinical Psychology services with Medicare and also with WorkCover. She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society College of Clinical Psychologists.
Clinical Experience
Stephanie has experience in a variety of settings, including community mental health, Eating Disorder Day Treatment Programme – formerly Sydney West AHS – (assessing, diagnosing and treating those with an eating disorder; running eating disorder groups; providing outpatient services; conducting research; running family education sessions; and providing education sessions for Allied Health and medical staff within Westmead and Cumberland Hospitals). Stephanie has also worked extensively in private practice treating a range of disorders including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, complex PTSD, paraphilias and other chronic mental health conditions. She has experience working with clients with chronic health conditions. More recently, Stephanie has worked within a pain management service (public health) providing assessment, psychological intervention to outpatients and running components of a group pain programme.

IVANA BORRETT
Clinical Psychologist
Training
Ivana holds a Bachelor of Psychology and a Master of Psychology (Clinical Psychology). She has undertaken training in a wide range of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), Ericksonian Hypnosis, Schema Therapy and Systemic Family Constellations therapy.
She holds national registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist and is registered provider of psychological services with Medicare. She is a member of Australian Association for Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy and EMDR Association of Australia. She is an associate member the Australian Clinical Psychology Association and Australian Psychological Society College of Clinical Psychologists.
Experience
Ivana has over two decades’ experience in applying mindfulness as the pathway to well-being. Her clinical training involved therapy for drug and alcohol addictions, mood disorders, anxiety, stress, and personality issues. She has specialty interest in trauma, relationship issues, adjustment to change, and pain management. She has conducted research on mindfulness in difficulties with eating and body image.

Ben Garber
Clinical Psychologist
Training
Ben is a Clinical Psychologist, registered and endorsed by AHPRA and approved by Medicare to provide Clinical Psychological services. He is a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA).
Ben received his Bachelor of Psychology (Honours Class 1) and Master of Psychology (Clinical) from the University of NSW, where his research interests focussed on mechanisms underlying anxiety disorders, and posttraumatic stress disorder. Ben completed his clinical training in public outpatient services for the treatment of Chronic Pain (RPA Hospital) and Anxiety disorders (Bankstown Hospital).
Ben is committed to continuing his professional development and has undertaken further training in a range of evidence-based therapies. His core treatment modalities include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Mindfulness Based therapies, whilst drawing from other evidence-based therapies including Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focussed Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
Clinical Experience
Ben has experience working with a wide range of psychological disorders. He has worked in specialist public outpatient services for the treatment of chronic pain and anxiety. He continues to work in a public psychology service for co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, treating conditions such as depression, anxiety, childhood trauma and personality disorders, alongside alcohol and substance addiction.
He was previously involved in the establishment of a clinical research program for the treatment of refugee trauma, and he has experience working with people of refugee backgrounds, including working with interpreters.
For several years, Ben has been a clinician at the UNSW Traumatic Stress Clinic, where he has been involved in the development, delivery and evaluation of evidence based treatments for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder and Prolonged Grief. He is experienced working with adults who have experienced traumatic events, and those who have struggled to overcome the loss of a loved one. In this role, Ben has worked extensively with current and former Police and Emergency Service workers, understanding the particular difficulties faced by this group.

Katrina Dever
Clinical Psychologist
Training
Katrina completed her undergraduate training at Western Sydney University (Bachelor of Arts, Major in Psychology, Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology). She then went on to complete further postgraduate training at Macquarie University (Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Psychology) and has since returned to Western Sydney University to complete her Master of Clinical Psychology. She has further completed a Graduate Diploma in Relationship Counselling (Couple and Family Therapy) through the Australian Institute of Relationship Studies.
She has undertaken training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Systemic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Schema Therapy for Eating Disorders.
She holds national registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist and is registered provider of psychological services with Medicare and with WorkCover. She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and the Australian New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders.
Clinical Experience
Katrina has worked in specialised eating disorder and generalist services. Her clinical experience has included working at the Butterfly Foundation for Eating Disorders – Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) This is a specialist outpatient eating disorder treatment service that provides intensive group therapy, meal support and supportive family therapy. She has also consulted with bariatric services to support patients undergoing bariatric surgery and co-morbid disordered eating concerns.
Katrina’s clinical training has also involved her working with Relationship’s Australia to provide systemic counselling. Katrina’s clinical training has further involved her working with inpatients and outpatients at the Sydney Clinic; including co-facilitating an outpatient dialectical behavioural therapy group. Finally, Katrina has also worked in private practice treating a range of disorders including eating disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, drug and alcohol issues, trauma, domestic and family violence, and work-related concerns. Given the diversity of her clinical experience she is well equipped to effectively deal with a range of issues.

Mrudula Matthew
Clinical Psychologist

Mrudula holds national registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist and is a registered provider of psychological services with Medicare. She is also a member of Australian Psychological Society.
Experience
Mrudula has worked as a psychologist in mental health since 2013. She has special interest in the management of anxiety disorders, stress, depression, workplace stress, relationship issues. and in the management of chronic pain through multidisciplinary approach.
Mrudula has always been passionate about helping people with the support of evidence-based psychotherapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Schema therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy.

Catherine Ash

Catherine holds a Bachelor of Psychology, a Graduate Diploma in Psychology and a Master of Clinical Psychology. She has undertaken training in a wide range of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). She holds national registration with the Psychology Board of Australia, AHPRA as a Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar. Catherine is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). She is a registered provider of psychological services with Medicare and also with WorkCover.
Experience
Catherine has experience working with adolescent and adult clients presenting with anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, chronic pain, problem gambling, stress, and personality issues. She has specialty interest in working with clients experiencing anxiety, self-esteem issues, addictions and autism spectrum disorder.

DANA PEPCAK
Practice Manager
Dana joined our team as Practice Manager in 2016. Dana has an Advanced Diploma of Business Management and Administration as well as Bachelor Degree of Business. She came to us with over 15 years of experience in performance and workflow management.
Dana strongly believes in continued professional development in her role as the Practice Manager to ensure constant success of the practice. She is an active member of Australian Association of Practice Management and is involved with organising networking events in Inner West and Western Sydney areas.
Dana utterly enjoys the multiplicity of her role and daily interactions with all staff and patients. Dana is proud to be surrounded with passionate people who genuinely want to make other’s lives better.
Dana lives in inner-city and enjoys seeing live comedy and music, reading, gardening and playing pinball.
