Training
Catherine holds a Bachelor of Psychology, a Graduate Diploma in Psychology and a Master of Clinical Psychology. She has undertaken training in a wide range of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). She holds national registration with the Psychology Board of Australia, AHPRA as a Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar. Catherine is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). She is a registered provider of psychological services with Medicare and also with WorkCover.
Experience
Catherine has experience working with adolescent and adult clients presenting with anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, chronic pain, problem gambling, stress, and personality issues. She has specialty interest in working with clients experiencing anxiety, self-esteem issues, addictions and autism spectrum disorder.
